The short version
Personal Policy is a media and education company. It helps people who are doing well on paper work out which parts of their life they actually chose — and rebuild the parts they didn't.
What we're for: helping people replace unconscious living with intentional living.
Where this goes: a generation that stops inheriting lives and starts designing them.
The enemy
Not laziness. Not procrastination. Capable people drifting through paths they never picked, ignoring the quiet feeling that something is off, building lives that look right from outside and feel wrong from inside.
And a second one, more specific: fake progress. The endless consumption of advice that changes nothing. Saving the video, buying the course, feeling briefly better, doing none of it.
This is not anti-job, anti-structure or anti-ambition. It's against structure you never chose. A job picked deliberately is intentional living. A dream chased on autopilot is drift.
Who's behind it
I spent years moving between very different worlds—learning to navigate foreign rooms, shifting between languages, and collecting the kinds of credentials people are trained to respect.
Along the way, I walked away from two extremes.
The first was the comfortable trap: a safe, predictable path that paid well but drained everything authentic out of me.
The second was the trophy path: an elite, international pursuit that looked enviable from the outside, cost an enormous amount to chase, and ultimately wasn't mine. People often talk about escaping the boring grind, but almost no one admits that high-status ambition can be an autopilot of its own. Walking away from the dream everyone nods at is much harder than leaving the one you hate.
Across different borders and industries, I kept recognizing the exact same person: capable, outwardly accomplished, and quietly misaligned with their own life.
I built this space for them—and for anyone ready to stop running on borrowed ambition.
What this will never do
- Sell you a blueprint. Every product here is a mirror. It makes you answer your own question.
- Manufacture urgency. No countdown timers, no artificial scarcity, no last chance.
- Need anything from you. No begging for follows, no flexing, no guru act.
- Put revenue ahead of trust. There will be things to buy. They'll be worth it, and you'll never be pressured into them.
